Jumeirah Lake Towers

Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) and JLT embankment is a dynamic waterfront community, encompassing attractive residential and office towers alongside hotels, leisure and retail outlets. The landmark Almas Tower is the natural focal point of the development, situated on an island surrounded by water in the centre of the community. The tower shall house the Dubai Diamond Exchange and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) member businesses in the gold, diamond, energy and commodities industries.

JLT is situated alongside Sheikh Zayed Road, between Interchanges 5 and 6. A total of 87 towers stand tall in this prestigious project that will become one of Dubai's most recognised addresses. Property investors have been given the opportunity to own and develop towers on a freehold basis. 78 towers are clustered in groups of three and will be surrounded by calming lakes, beautifully landscaped gardens and unique waterways. Eight new towers with views over the Jumeirah Islands lakes, line the JLT Embankment areas. Central to the development will be the majestic Almas Tower. The DMCC Authority (DMCCA) is the licensing authority for businesses operating in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Businesses, therefore, benefit from a free zone status, making JLT the first mixed-use Free Zone Freehold development in Dubai.
