Ajman Committee to Resolve Property Disputes

Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Arra) is arranging a legal committee to resolve disputes between investors and developers in the emirate.
Arra says that the committee will be set up in the first quarter of this year pending approval by the Ministry of Justice.
The group will comprise five individuals who will settle issues concerning cheques and post-dated cheques within property transactions.
The government of Dubai has already put into place a committee to resolve issues relating to bounced cheques within the property sector, and did so in November.
