Al Hanoo's New Development Division

Leading GCC property developer Al Hanoo has recently unveiled the launch of its new development division in the UAE; ‘Marsa Al Nejoum Real Estate LLC’. Al Hanoo’s Chairman Shaikh Abdullah Al Sakra, said “we are proud to announce the establishment of our new development arm... with the clear objective of being at the forefront of innovation in property development in the UAE” (Gulf News, 05/03/10). The new development division will be launching a number of Nujoom Islands’ waterfront villas in Sharjah (as featured in photo). To date most of the Nujoom Islands’ infrastructure is complete.
