Business Bay Infrastructure Progresses

Dubai Properties announced that infrastructure work on it’s flagship master-development Business Bay is progressing at a steady rate including sewerage, water network, district cooling and power connectivity.

The announcement comes as Dubai Properties prepares for handover of The Executive Towers development in Business Bay.

Business Bay is located along the Dubai Creek extension and when complete will have approximately 240 towers and an expected population of 191,000.

A comprehensive road network had been made through the first and second phase to serve the first towers which are completing during this period. Business Bay will also benefit from additional parallel roads which serve the west and east of the development.

Most of the water network was mostly completed last year, together with the parallel sewerage network which will be connected to the mains network soon.
