Damac to Handover 6 Projects in 2010

Damac has said this week that it will be handing over 6 projects to customers this year. These are 2 fractions of their Emirates Gardens project, Jumeirah Village South’s Tuscan Residences, Lago Vista at IMPZ, XL Tower and Business Tower in Business Bay and Smart Heights at TECOM. Over 3,000 units will be handed over throughout the year.
2010 will be a big year for Damac, with a number of its projects being concluded, and the firm has praised its contractors for working hard through a difficult year, and reaching challenging targets.
Damac says, furthermore, that their Ocean Heights project should be complete by the end of the year.
