First Construction Work on World Islands Begins

Developer ‘The Kleindienst Group’ has now commenced construction work on The World Islands. This makes the Dubai-based firm the first to break ground on The World – it is working on Germany Island. Kleindienst has said that although it is the first group to begin work on the project, there will be more firms following in their footsteps shortly. The group says also it believes the Islands will become one of the most costly areas for property in the emirate. Kleindienst has already sold 11 villas on Germany Island.
