"Retail Space on Dubai Marina is evidently becoming increasingly popular as we have experienced first hand, with our commercial units in The Point now completely sold out and units in Royal Oceanic selling out in just over a month from release. High rentals and immediate income can be gained on complete properties with high returns to be achieved over a relatively short term on property due for completion.

We still have limited units available in The Torch, due for completion this summer and Bay Central 5* residences ready later this year. High commissions can be gained on these units with up to £28,470 earnings available."
