Ibn Battuta Gate Completion

Asteco, UAE-based real estate services firm, has declared the completion of the Ibn Battuta Gate project, and it is now ready for handover. The mixed-use project is made up of an office block, basement parking for more than 350 cars – additionally a multi-storey robotic car park ready for handling 765 vehicles – 166 residential apartments and a 396-room hotel. The hotel, opening at the end of January (2010), is owned by Seven Tides.
