Kempinski Hotel Residences, Zero Defaults

There have been no payment defaults by customers of the Palm’s Kempinski Hotel Residences, Emerald Palace Group has said this week. The firm said that zero defaults is a reflection of customer confidence in the luxury Palm homes project, and generally their confidence in the emirate’s long term potential. The Kempinski Hotel Residences comprise 244 units consisting of a mixture of high-end suites, residences, penthouses and royal villas and a 500-metre private beach. Handovers began in January and will be completed in April.
