Newly Opened Mirdif City Centre Shopping Mall

Majid Al Futtaim Properties has said of its new Mirdif City Centre development that it is expected it will attract 20 million visitors per year. The AED3bn Mirdif City Centre project is the latest of Dubai’s luxurious shopping malls and has 196,000 square metres of gross leasable area, more than the Mall of the Emirates - another of the firm’s retail projects. The majority of shops within the new centre is now open for business, the remaining ones will be up and running in the next few weeks. Not all of the shops have been leased out to retailers, as the developer has stated, so that some shops can be saved for future retailers coming to the area. One of the main attractions will be the indoor skydiving centre ‘iFly Dubai’, opening this week.
