Ras Al Khaimah's Yasmin Village

Yasmin Village is a new rural residential and commercial project in Ras Al Khaimah. It is an AED 800m (US $ 217m) development by ‘Binna Real Estate’ which will cover 4.6m sqft and shall reside 6km from the city-centre and 15km from the emirate’s international airport. The project, which will be developed around the concepts of nature and luxury, will comprise a 35 storey high-rise tower for both residential and commercial use, a community building with a 50 room hotel, as well as apartments and villas, in the elegant Mediterranean-architectural style, with striking scenic lakeside, valley or mountain views. There will be charming cobbled walkways meandering through areas of lush greenery, and top class facilities for recreation, rejuvenation and leisure. A ring-road surrounding the village will provide easy access to it whilst allowing the core of the village to be vehicle-free.
