Steady Property Prices in Ajman, Assures SHH

Leading UAE developer Sweet Homes Holdings (SHH) is assured that property prices of its two main projects in Ajman will retain their stability throughout 2010. The developer has two main projects underway in Ajman – ‘Rainbow Towers’ and ‘Ajman Uptown’. Ajman Uptown is an extensive AED3.5billion development which shall include 1504 villas and seven 31-storey towers. It is predicted that the project will have a huge influence on the region’s property sector. The firm has said that properties within the Ajman Uptown project range on average from AED999000 to AED1.7million with VIP villas singing to the tune of AED4.2million. The prices of units within these SHH projects have been very stable throughout 2009 and have climbed considerably since 2008. With this advantage, together with the speedy construction progress, the strength of the developer and these projects is reflected.
